I've been seeing a few DPxDC Dad!Damian ideas so I'd like to toss my idea into the void of the internet.

Damian is on a lead about a glowing green puppy, that can apparently change size and go through walls, and finally manages to track it down before even his father hears about it. The puppy seemed to be stealing random things too.

He was fully ready to use all the tricks in the book to get the puppy to trust him... and after a few days/weeks he manages to gain its trust.

He just wasn't expecting the puppy to drag him to abandoned warehouse and drop him in front of a few kids that were hiding out in it.

"Oh! Cujo you finally brought your new person over!" says the only red-haired one in the group, and she was holding a baby, as two almost identical toddlers ran over to the excited pupper that began to run around them.

Once she’s wrapped in a blanket and shuttled off, he turns to stare back down at Eddie.  (Buck is so hot when he’s pissed off, holy shit.)  Eddie offers a smile. Dooku, Sifo, Jocasta, Jaster **least** favorite food?

I think for Sifo I'll actually say that he is a pretty picky eater, at least compared to most jedi. idk, if I was overwhelmed with the weight of ten diffrent futures at all times I'd probably not want too pungent or strong tasting foods.

So the swamp stew is definitely up there, but I think any sort of blue cheese. Sifo hates them with a passion. waste of perfectly good milk.

For Dooku.... do you know those horrible, horrible sugar bomb burritos you sometimes see on social media? like where ice cream and all sorts of sweet gummied and sprinkles get wrapped in a burrito of candy floss or smt?

Dooku doesn't have much of a sweet tooth anyways and stuff like that just gives him diabetes with just a glance.

As for Jocasta, hm, I could see her dislike something more because of the texture than the actual taste. So maybe anything glibbery, slimy like pudding or roe? Yeah, let's go with roe. Any sort of fish eggs you can hunt her with.

And Jaster i've mentioned before in the serennian cuisine thing i think, but he's mever coming aroumd to any sort of raw fish or meat. Especially when it's like a whole animal like certain mussles or fish, something deep inside him just refises to see it as food.

Mandalorians have the cultural predisposition for well-cooked, stewed into oblivion dishes, so it's umderstandable.

there are many good critiques of dnd 5e offloading too much work on the DM to interpret and manage the rules but my PERSONAL pet peeve is the wild magic sorcerer

per RAW, wild magic surges happen whenever the DM calls for a roll. it’s one of your key class features & resets tides of chaos, and exists purely within the realm of DM fiat

wild magic surges have a fairly low % chance of happening in the first place, and mostly aren’t really penalties. so in my experience DMs just call for the roll after every leveled spell. which is fair! except

tides of chaos resets on each wild magic roll not each wild magic surge. this would basically give sorcs advantage on every single spell they cast with an attack roll! which seems a bit silly and overpowered, unless you house rule the ability to work off surges instead.

it’s just a whole mess of an archetype which requires the DM to intercede on a class feature, and the easiest way to offload that work unbalances the class unless you make a second house ruling. which is again, just more unnecessary work. absolute mess of an archetype that typifies the wider problem
